By accessing or using Checkdino.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is intended for users who are 14 years of age or older.
Description of Service
Checkdino.ai is an online assessment platform operated by Paul&Mark, providing psychological and learning-style assessments based on the 4MAT methodology. 4MAT is a registered trademark used under license. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
Accounts and User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. License keys are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be transferred or shared with others. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse or violations of these terms.
Payment
Fees for the Service are as displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, and their terms of service and privacy policy apply to payment transactions. All purchases are final at the time of checkout. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refunds.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property within the Service are owned by Paul&Mark or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paul&Mark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Assessment results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological counseling or medical advice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service without prior notice if you violate these Terms or disrupt the normal operation of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us to request account deletion.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
