Refund Policy Overview

Paul&Mark is committed to customer satisfaction and operates a fair refund policy. This policy applies to assessment license keys purchased through Checkdino.ai. Please note that assessment codes (redeem codes) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase, and as a digital product, refunds may be limited.

Refund Eligibility

A full refund is available if you request it within 7 days of purchase and the license key has not been used (i.e., the assessment has not been started). Once an assessment has been started using the license key, no refund will be issued. Refunds may only be requested by the original purchaser.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email info@paulnmark.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund. Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: the license key has been used and the assessment has been started; more than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase; the account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service. Since assessment codes are digital products delivered instantly via email upon purchase, refunds are generally not available after delivery.
