Starting his teaching journey in 2009, Tim has taught students from kindergarten to high school, transitioned to training and coaching teachers, and now excels as a corporate trainer for diverse audiences and needs. His career has taken him across the globe, enriching his approach with international insights.
Specializing in instructional design, leadership, and teamwork, Tim's workshops are known for their interactive nature. He encourages deep thinking and meaningful discussions, ensuring that his sessions are both easy to understand and highly practical.
Tim's collaboration with Dr. Bernice McCarthy in developing online learning content and his certification as a 4MAT trainer underscore his dedication to the craft. He firmly believes that learning is a lifelong journey, and everyone has the potential to unlock their best selves.
